Services

Digital Cookie Media provides search engine optimization (SEO), website development, and lead generation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

6-Month Guarantee

We guarantee results within 6 months or provide a full refund. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• Client must maintain active service for the full 6-month period
• Client must implement all recommended changes and updates
• Client must provide timely access to necessary accounts and information
• Results are measured by agreed-upon metrics established at service initiation

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our guarantee policy.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining access to necessary accounts and platforms
• Responding to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Digital Cookie Media remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom-created materials transfers to the client, while we retain the right to use such work in our portfolio.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Cookie Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
